Process :
After a first meeting between Anaïs Boileau and the employees in integration, the fruits and vegetables that will be photographed are chosen for the first documentary shots on the site of the Aubette Farm team, with a first work on the different typologies of image: macro photography, landscapes, portraits, work scene, etc.

The next day, the children from the Le Pré vert leisure center discover La Ferme de l’Aubette and have a picnic there. After having collected several vegetables and fruits, the children practice plastic composition with mirror sheets, colored papers and paints and finish by taking some documentary and landscape pictures.

On the third day, after a harvest in the community garden of the Grand’Mare district, the employees and residents meet to cook, photograph the utensils and the people at work.

Then, the employees work with plastic arrangements using various materials such as mirror sheets and paint to decorate the fruits and vegetables. In the afternoon, at the Leo à table restaurant, the employees stage the culinary dishes and photograph them.

After a final morning of plastic composition and photography at the Ferme de l’Aubette, the community garden in the Grand’Mare neighborhood is set up, a garden created by the residents and the Bien Vivre et Vieillir à la Grand’Mare neighborhood association. The families and the association thus practice the photographic medium by making a portrait of the garden and by harvesting fruits. This is followed by a photographic expedition to discover the Verger du Vallon, located below the hill, and a tablecloth creation workshop to share, exchange and conclude, during a meal, this project.

Circuit-court concludes around a big shared meal mixing the workers in integration, the locals and the children of the nearby leisure center.

Restitution :
A print, including the photographs taken during the different workshops was created. It took the form of a road map, retracing the route of the beneficiaries of the project, from the land to the plate. A video clip was also produced by the director Anne-Charlotte Gellez for digital distribution.
