Whether you are familiar with darkroom and its chemistry or have never experienced the age of film, this dialogue-based encounter around the prints in the exhibition will recreate, in light of Diamantino Quintas’ experience, Ray K. Metzker’s gestures in the secrecy of his darkroom.

Diamantino Quintas, a master craftsman printer and filterer, has been practising his profession since 1985. Founder of Diamantino Labo Photo in 2009, certified as a Living Heritage Company, he embodies a rare craftsmanship.
