CINEMA
INTÉRIEUR COURT, in partnership with the Le Courtivore festival
Thursday, 12 June, 7pm
In Africa, Indonesia and Siberia, Françoise Huguier’s photographs tell the stories of the people she meets, captured in the intimacy of their kitchens and bathrooms. As part of the exhibition dedicated to her at the Centre Photographique, this programme of short films invites you to discover the daily lives of people in different parts of the world. From Saint Petersburg’s kommunalka flats to Brazilian apartments, from Indian slums to working-class neighbourhoods in Egypt, distant interiors are suddenly revealed to be so familiar.
